Sales Executive
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service roles such as providing charter quotes, securing payment, booking trips and generating trip itineraries, customer flight following, handling customer requests and addressing concerns.
- Providing solutions to customers by building relationships with aircraft operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available.
- Flight Coordinator roles should include the ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process. Monitors and ensures smooth charter operations from point to point.
- Coordinate, schedule and plan all flights as to allow the efficient use of the aircraft and minimize the number of empty repositioning flights.
- Increase company sales.
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new accounts.
- Keep confidential all company and client information.
Preferred Qualifications of Ideal candidate:
- College degree.
- Experience of aircraft charter, transportation and travel, cargo and logistics industry sales (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of business aircraft (preferred but not required)
- Team Player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills.
