No, private jet charter does not need any kind of membership and is open to everyone.
You can book up to 3 hours prior to the flight subject to aircraft availability. However, it is advisable that you book at least 24 hours prior to the flight in order to obtain necessary flight permits approval.
Our Account Executive will send you the itinerary – flight briefing summary with all the details required and inform you once the flight is confirmed. This is done once the aircraft is confirmed and flight is fully paid.
You need to contact our Account Executive in order to amend your booking.
You will need to contact our Account Executive to cancel your booking, this is subject to cancellation penalty as agreed on charter agreement. Remaining funds will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7 working days.
Your arrival time at the airport should be at least 30 minutes in order to clear immigration (when required) and security. This can change from an airport to another and our Account Executive will keep you informed.
Valid Identity Card (for domestic flights) and Valid Passports (for international flights) with Valid Visa (if required) should be presented. The validity of the travel documents are the responsibility of the passengers only.
Your luggage allowance will be advised to you prior to confirming your aircraft. This varies depending on aircraft type, number of passengers and routes flown.
You need to inform our Account Executive about any bulky items with their dimensions in order to confirm the acceptance on-board.
Yes, however all necessary documentation must be obtained prior to the flight with the local authorities / customs. You need to inform our Account Executive if you intend to carry valuables on-board and let us know about the expected weight and size.
Yes, you need to inform our Account Executive at least 24 hours prior to the flight if any of the passengers require a wheelchair in order to make all arrangements with the handling agent at the airport.
If you require medical assistance during the flight, please inform our Account Executive prior to booking as this will be classified as a medical flight. We can provide full size stretcher with an intensive care unit and ambulance as well as doctor and paramedic. Acceptance on the flight is subject to prior approval from the flying doctor which will be obtained by our Account Executive.
Generally, yes but they would need to be unloaded, stowed and secured in the correct container which will be placed in the baggage compartment. Kindly inform our Account Executive if you intend to travel with firearms.
Yes, You can fly with your pet but you need to inform our Account Executive prior to booking your aircraft. Generally, pets such as dogs, cats and birds are accepted.

Most airports offer separate VIP terminal or entrance for private aviation, the location will be indicated on your itinerary (flight briefing summary).
Yes, you will need to go through security (separate terminal / location) however this will be done keeping in mind that you are VIP and with much more flexibility.
We provide VIP catering suitable for the range of the flight which will be decided with you according to your preferences prior to the flight.
Most of the flights operated includes a flight attendant. A flight attendant can be provided on smaller aircraft upon request. When there is no flight attendant on-board, the service is performed by the flight crew members (usually the first officer).
Yes, however a few number of very light jet with a capacity of 4 passengers which are designed for very short flights are not equipped with lavatories
On newer aircraft, internet is usually fitted and can be used for a fee.
As for the internet, newer aircraft tend to be fitted with full connectivity which will allow you to use your phone or the on-board satellite phone for a fee.
Smoking is permitted on with or without a surcharge on numerous aircraft but it can also be totally forbidden on other aircraft. If you have any specific requirement about smoking, please inform our Account Executive during the booking process.

Medical Evacuation
Critical care aircraft are specially equipped as flying intensive care units. They will provide a flight stretcher, specialized medical equipment, a full assortment of patient specific drugs and medications. The aircraft is staffed with a medical team to meet the specific needs of the patient. Air ambulance transfers bring patient home to be near their families, to medical facilities for specialized treatment and rehabilitation centers for specific care.
We sanitize our flight cabins from top to bottom after every single flight. And not just for patients with known infectious diseases. We completely disinfect after every flight, regardless of the previous patient’s condition.
Bed-to-Bed service is when the medical team from the air ambulance will go to the discharging hospital to meet the patient in their room, do an assessment of the patient and comfort them about the transfer. They then travel with the patient in the ground ambulance to the aircraft. The same process takes place at the arrival city where the medical team travels with the patient to the receiving facility. They will provide a briefing for the receiving hospital nurse. This provides continuity of care for the entire transfer.
Normally, the air ambulance arrangements can be arranged within 4 to 6 hours. If the transfer is an international air ambulance, there are many factors to consider how fast the aircraft can be dispatched.
Yes, in most cases this is available, at no additional charge. The number of passengers is controlled by the medical condition and needs of the patient, the number of medical personnel onboard and the type of aircraft we use. In most cases 1 to 3 passengers are able to travel with the patient.
Luggage is limited to 2 small to medium sized bags, typically no larger than a carry-on bag for a commercial airline. The aircraft is outfitted with a significant amount of medical equipment and space is limited.

We exclusively offers dual pilot operated flights for your safety. On longer flights where crew members need to take rest, there could be one or two extra crew members who will replace the operating crew during their rest.
